Prices
Prices quoted FOB Semarang Port, Indonesia. Currency is US$.

Payment

• Via Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
  20' container - $2,500 deposit followed by balance upon shipment 40' and 40'HC containers - $5,000 deposit followed by balance upon shipment.
• Via Letter of Credit (LC)
  We accept confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credits (L/C) at sight - please download the details about Letter of Credit.

Bank Charges
All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Order
The minimum order is one 20 ft container. No minimum quantity for items.

Cancellation
Cancellation or amendments to an order are possible up to 7 days after an order has been confirmed.

Freight
You may nominate your own freight forwarder or shipping company, or we can find one that suits you best.
Container Information

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available at customers request.

Guarantee
The Company will offer compensation upon receipt of clear evidence of any items received broken or damaged as a direct result of poor packaging. Compensation will be expressed by either replacing the item or offset against your next container order.
All omissions or damages must be reported within 10 days of delivery using the Credit Request and Damage Report forms provided.

Bills of Lading
Bills of Lading will only be dispatched after full payment is credited to our bank account.
Legal Entitlement
Sasa Furniture International holds legal title to the container contents until full settlement is credited to our bank account.
